License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sentic Anticheat on your FiveM server(s) according to your subscription plan:

• Monthly: License valid for 30 days from purchase date
• Yearly: License valid for 365 days from purchase date
• Lifetime: Perpetual license for as long as the product exists

Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license to third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software for illegal purposes or on unauthorized servers
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the software
• Transfer your license to another person or entity without written consent

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Pay all applicable taxes and fees

Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the software and documentation immediately via email and our dashboard. Delivery is considered complete once access credentials are provided.

Support

We provide technical support for all active subscriptions. Support is available through our ticket system and Discord. Response times may vary based on ticket volume and complexity.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without refund if you:

• Violate any of these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to harm our services or other users
• Use the software on servers that violate FiveM's terms of service

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sentic Anticheat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide effective protection, we cannot guarantee 100% prevention of all cheating methods. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentic Anticheat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
